Self care is something that we all can do more of. In 2026 we are hosting our first Self Care Retreat for Rest and Resetting! 

There is no set amount of hours that everyone should be working but there is an internal meter that lets each of us know when something is un balanced and needs to be re-wired. The mission of our R & R retreat is to allow the space and time for each of our clients to listen to their needs. 

There is science that proves that nature heals. Our retreats will utilize nature, natural medicine such as massage and chiropractic care, meditation and journaling to take each one of our attendees on a unique path of rest and resetting. 

We offer VIP services to those that feel that they would like a little extra TLC while at our retreats. From one on one coaching sessions to facials and red light therapy we offer special add ins for those who want the VIP treatment during our retreats.
